Interaction you can walk into.
I design the interactive layer of exhibitions: the part visitors touch, and the part that answers back. Visual systems, UI, motion, and interaction flows for museums and immersive installations, handed to engineers as something buildable.

About
The scope below is my standard role. Anything outside it is named on the project page.
I design the interactive layer of physical exhibitions. My work sits between the visual system and the engineering build: I design what a visitor sees and does, then specify it so a development team can build it.
Most of my projects are public and permanent. Science museums, art museums, heritage sites, national pavilions.
That means designing for people who did not read the instructions, in rooms where the hardware has to survive a hundred thousand visitors. I care about the moment an interaction lands. I care just as much about the handover document that keeps it running after I leave.
